Engineering – project management
Mainly positioned on studies, development and design, the Engineering and Project Management business line represents an important part of the IT&M Group with teams involved in the entire project life cycle as well as in the integration and ERP management..
The group supports its customers in the development of their information system integrating their entire business process in order to improve their operational performance and their competitive positioning. Thus, intervening on the migration of data and applications to remote servers (Cloud) in order to enable the Information Systems (ISD) Directorates to optimize costs, with strong impacts on evolutionary maintenance; the group works in real partnership with its customers.
In the Information Systems business, IT&M deploys its offer to major players in banking, finance and insurance, and in a cross-cutting way in all areas of industry and services. Its organisation enables it to provide advice or complete projects in the fields of MOE, test development (TRA) and application maintenance (TMA).

The fields of systems and network infrastructures are evolving rapidly in recent years, with security and reliability challenges increasingly prominent as a result of mobile and wireless solutions and remote storage solutions, therefore, the technological challenges and requirements for full infrastructure deployment are considerable.
The infrastructure must be reliable, efficient, available and scalable, adapted to the needs of each client in terms of computers, servers, networks, security and other. From storage server to workstation, data security and access security, digital transformation induces performance and technical expertise.
IT&M Group teams are involved in the design of server and workstation architectures, migrations and deployments, integrating the implementation of network storage solutions and backups, as well as the virtualization of servers and workstations (VDI) and computer production and operation through technical assistance missions with knowledge transfer, or to support a customer service with commitments of service levels or complete outsourcing.
